Lived here 2 yrs and they never fixed anything. Mold growing in my bathroom and black mold on the hallway. They don't have a gym just courtyard playground equipment.more worried about outside then inside. No property manager on site. Why are they giving such a deal on move in rent...hmm think about it. Good luck if u move in they also have roaches and never spray!

This place doesn't like fixing anything in your apartment my bathroom ceiling is caving in and they haven't fixed its been over a yr. Electricity was recently out for 48 hrs but yet couldn't get a hold of "maintenance" which I dnt even think they have. There more worried about the landscaping instead of the actual apartments that fixing. If deciding to move here please let it be your last resort! Just being honest. Btw there is not a manager on-site anymore

Deposit still unreturned after almost 80 days. We’re yet to get a follow up from the 20+ calls of mostly voicemails (including a couple actual calls where were given false promises). You know how to contact us.

Been renting here for 1.5 yrs. My apt is upgraded. New appliances, flooring washer dryer. Can't complain. Its quiet at night guess things have changed from previous reviews. Co-tenants are friendly. Complex is kept clean the grass is nice. I dont have pets but you can, here. Location and price are worth it. Still living here.

A resident for a long time I have been and two managers have gone within that time and every time my rent goes up and this time a big amount.The apartments are ran down the hallways are dirty nothing gets fixed just gets overlooked.They raise our rent to fix the new apartments.There is a huge parking problem.For the amount you pay here you should be able to live in a safe environment and also clean but no it's not.Like I mentioned before rent goes up every year.Have reported them already.I... suggest as a tenant dont rent here.Im using my freedom of speech amendment here just being honest people need to know the truth!
