Rancho Alameda is a private oasis surrounded by adobe walls. Entry through a remote controlled gate... invites you into a sanctuary of trees and gardens.
The casita is a free standing house, featuring one bedroom, Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, radiant heat, skylights and great room with French doors leading to a private patio surrounded with topiary. Outside the bedroom is a meditation garden.
All utilities are included plus High speed Internet, Cable TV, Netflix, Paramount+, and many more. W/D in unit, non-smoking. Parking is inside the compound, next to the residence.
Rancho Alameda is located two miles west of the Santa Fe Plaza.
A nearby walk/run/bike trail leads directly into downtown Santa Fe. Two equestrian centers are within the immediate area. Outside the entry gates a large arroyo offers a multitude of hiking trails over ancient pueblo land.
All amenities have been carefully thought out for a fastidious individual who appreciates nature and beauty.
An initial 3 month rental term is preferred. Long term is available.
