Beautiful home with a gorgeous green yard, with a large shade tree, grass, two built in grills (one wood and one gas) and a newly tiled outdoor counter/table. Free standing finished studio for an office/workshop. Lots of space for a garden, a small... dog/cat or simply to relax in privacy. A beautiful shade tree covers the entire space.

The outdoor studio has electricity and is watertight but has no plumbing.

The main unit opens through south-facing french doors, into a large open plan living room and kitchen with a custom stone fireplace. The living room faces south, which brings lots of light and warmth throughout the year. Heat comes from a cozy warm gas heater. There is a window AC unit to keep the room cool in the summer.

The living room and kitchen have plenty of storage, with two closets. The large bedroom has a built-in desk and plenty of storage as well. The bedroom window faces an empty lot with greenery and no neighbors in sight, so is very private.

The kitchen is small, but the bathroom is luxurious, with a jacuzzi tub and custom archway. There is plenty of storage, with a pantry cabinet by the front door, a closet in the living room and then cabinets and a closet in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a built in desk which makes it easy to work at home. This house will be your sanctuary for rest, relaxation and privacy.

There is a laundry room, shared with one unit on the other side of the duplex. There is also a shared carport for shade, which is helpful in the winter months. Close neighbors who provide a community feel for safety.

The yard includes a separate room for working, art, or any use that you would like. It is in it's own private area with views of greenery to inspire reflection. Next to the studio is a small storage shed for bikes, etc.

The property is about 30 min away from Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Taos. It is a peaceful area, part of gated compound with other homes and long-term neighbors.

All utilities including city water, trash, reasonable electricity and gas are charged at a flat rate of $200/month (includes heating), paid in addition to the rent, which brings the total monthly payment to $1,550/mo.

Looking for long term tenant (no exceptions) with a minimum 1 year lease lease. Can accommodate one small well behaved quiet pet maximum with additional pet fee of $50/mo. Small dog or cat only. No pitbulls, large or loud dogs (no exceptions). There is no smoking allowed on the property, even outside. No housing vouchers.
