I have lived here for almost 10 years. I can say that Kristi the Manager has turned this whole place around. Issues are corrected promptly, things are fixed immediately and she literally works just as hard as anyone on the property when it comes to getting things done. I've seen alot of managers come and go, you can't do anything about the fact that the buildings are old, but she does her absolute best at everything and we LOVE , LOVE , LOVE her. The buildings are old- but it's worth it for the... price and she makes it a better place to stay.

The rooms are very nice, located in a good area, they provide free basic services like electricity and laundry services are easy to access.
