When I moved here a year ago the apartments were under new management and some renovations were going on. Since then there's a little dog park in the complex as well as dog walking stations, the pools are kept nice and clean, and just in general this is a good place to be. Management is good about communication with tenants and the maintainable crew are trustworthy people. I've had no pest problems and quiet neighbors. Highly recommend.

Great place
This place was great. Management was great, I never had a problem with that. The place was well kept, I didn’t have to much problems with the neighbors. I liked my apartment, I lived in the 1br and the 2br and I liked both. They had enough room everything worked I didn’t ever need any maintenance done. The apartment was in secluded area so I didn’t have to worry about partying college students, it was quiet. The only problem was I had to buy a water filter because the water tastes like chlorine... especially when the pool is running. But other than that I liked it here.
