If you like noisy, rude, rowdy neighbors that shake your walls 24/7, kids that leave trash everywhere, neighbors that let their dogs poop all over the property & bark constantly, and management that doesn't care if you're running an unlicensed daycare or have everyone you know living in your apartment with you as long as your rents paid on time, then this is the place for you! Apartment buildings are well maintained. They are very safe for family and friends. Lots of stores and park nearby. Swimming pool is always a plus, well maintained, lounge chairs, and clean. The staff is like family and always willing to help. Great views of the mountains and desert areas.
