Get ready to smell what your neighbor is making for dinner, hear when your neighbors are using the bathroom, have your rent endlessly raised, and pay exorbitant fees including a fee just labeled "fee". Plus the neighborhood used to feel safe but now the back of the complex is graffiti'd and there are unhoused individuals going through the garage bins.

Welcome home; I don't think so. Management does not take care of the property. Management does not take care of problems, in a timely fashion, when they arise. They finally got a tow service to remove the vehicles that rudely park in your spot; and then conveniently decide that because people are moving in, they'll halt all towing for 3 weeks. Property management never answers calls or responds to email complaints when they are submitted online. And this is coming from loyal rent paying tenants,... that are not on low income, and do our share of sweeping and picking up trash. I recommend this community to everyone. It's new and beautiful. Office person is friendly. Great location in Bernalillo. Will be living here for years to come.
