The rumors were wrong, everything I could ask for!
Ashley and staff bent over backwards to make sure my apartment was just right and unlike how complex is getting a overhaul and they got rid of the ruff raff that I heard about before coming here. Also I haven't seen any bugs or anything and even had a guy doing their monthly pest control at my apartment the second day I was there. You can tell it's working. Great place with a great price. Also close to uptown transfer bus station and stores and even quick groceries and other stuff at target... and the mall .

So many problems
The management is incompetent and this place is filthy. Dead roaches, dog droppings, non working laundry facilities, tenants blowing up buildings. The list goes on take the cheap prices and numerous vacancies as a warning.

Dope fiends and arsonists at uptown
Management is terrible no responses even when trying to renew a lease. There are vacancies everywhere for good reason.Tenants light buildings on fire auto thefts. Drug addicts and squatters everywhere. Filthy grounds dinosaur dog dropping that gets brought back to life when it rains. Shady homeless people scoping out the area. Terrible experience shady management the high vacancies are for a reason.

Nothing really to say. Management is fine, the apartments aren't great but you get exactly what you pay for and what is advertised

Was Unorganized and Unhelpful
I was looking to get an apartment to rent, I was schedule an appointment to see a tour of the place and if it was a right fit for me and my little family. They didn’t know that I was coming in that day I was 10mins early the door was locked and I called whoever set my schedule and come to find out “she doesn’t know much” I was asked to reschedule but I took time away from work and I didn’t want to reschedule again. The property manager was there but she didn’t want to give me a tour not like... they just wasted most of my time being there. Very unorganized and not a clean or welcome environment. I see a lot of homelessness, dumpsters were full, and cars without license plate driving around the complex looking for their next ride to steal. I wouldn’t recommend just to be on the safe side.
