Let me start by saying one of the cleanest properties I've come across in Albuquerque, Jennah at the front desk was amazing on the tour of the property, and the Property manager Alexis was super nice, both were so welcoming and made me and my partner feel as we belong here, will definitely be moving here very soon once she starts school, can't thank you guys enough for being so great 10/10 would recommend

Amazing property
When I went to get a tour of Morningside apartments Jennah gave me an amazing tour of the apartments and seeing how clean every apartment was in the complex. Also when I went to ask Alexis about the price and the amenities of the apartments she answered really well and they both was amazing

Amazing Property and Professionalism all-around
Amazing experience touring Tesota Morningside Apartments! The property was clean, beautiful, and very welcoming. Alexis, the Property Manager, was professional and helpful, and Jennah gave an excellent tour and answered all my questions. The staff made the entire experience great. Tour and application great, at move in the apartment was roach infested and had tons of maintenance issues. It's been 20 days and nothing important has been resolved. The property manager has zero integrity and will also talk herself into thinking someone said something they didn't. Your apartment will be left unlocked for anybody to enter it. Don't rent here it's not worth it.
