Overall I am happy with TESOTA morningside. Very easy access to elementary schools and it is along the same street with Del Norte High where free public bus operates for students and parents alike. My unit well cleaned and painted when I moved in and the installed systems are functioning. Even when I needed help with plugs, an electrician was quickly dispatched to attend! Yeah.

It is a friendly community with great staff. Both management and maintenance are friendly and very helpful. Jennah is so helpful when I go into the office and have questions, and the maintenance team is very efficient.
