Every think is very old nothing work properly I have no heat in the living room. There is homeless smoking drugs all hours of the day and night. Neighbors playing electric guitar all hours. Management don’t care at all to make things right

I’ve been at Sun Plaza for several years now. Management is always helpful and it’s a very comfortable place to be overall. Shopping is nearby also.

My experience here has been a good experience for my family and I. Had a few problems here and there but nothing to serious that maintenance didn't immediately come and fix the problem.

Hard to believe I’ve been here that long. 6 years. Great community atmosphere. Natural landscaping. Comfortable apartment. Close to stores.

I would like to express my appreciation for Vanessa from the management team, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. While I have only been a resident of Sun Plaza Apartments for a month I can say that my neighbors have been great, with the exception of one. I have also submitted a few service requests through the portal and hope they will be addressed soon. I would like to request the implementation of security services at night, as my car was previously targeted for a... break-in. Aside from this concern, I have nothing else to report. I am looking forward to a great year in my new home!
