It's been really lovely. There have been some issues with trash or with pest control-related issues, but overall, I do enjoy that I get to have a great central location in ABQ and can do a lot of stuff both within walking distance and in driving distance.

God amenities and nice being close to the park. The neighbors are kind and relatively quiet. My apartment is an older, not upgraded version and has been hard to get rent d of old weed smell from previous tenets.

It seems really nice so far. The appliances aren’t very efficient and the carpet isn’t held down well when it transitions to vinyl. Other than that it’s pretty nice. It’s quiet and private. That’s the most important part of my move.

My experience has been good i have had a great time living here and it's been quiet and peaceful but I have had some stuff needed to be fixed and still haven't heard back after is submitted my form for it
