I have lived here for three years. For the first two years I liked it very much and dealt with the summertime constant leak from the air conditioner ceiling vent in the tiny hallway. I just grew used to the trash can that is right at this moment in the hallway collecting the constant leak. I liked how BEFORE there was security at night every night and the gates were always maintained and secure. The pools were always open in the past two years and maintained very well. Always a beautiful site to... look at, especially when the sun was setting. Now the gate is constantly broken, People just roam in and out of here. The pools have not been opened at all this summer and the pool was one of the main reasons I stayed here so long. Now this summer still covered with the dirty tarp that has been on since it closed last year. Other than that, Maintenance is prompt and efficient.
