I recently moved into The Quincy Apartment in Albuquerque, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The apartment itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. I especially love the layout and the quality of the finishes; everything feels well-built and well-maintained. What truly makes this place special, though, is the sense of safety and community. I feel secure in my home, and that peace of mind means a lot to both me and my... family. The neighborhood is wonderful—quiet, welcoming, and conveniently located near everything I need. I also appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff and neighbors have been. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and valued as part of the Quincy community. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my decision to move here. The staff is welcoming and supportive. They have a lot of knowledge about the application and move-in process. I have lived here since 2019 . Sadly I will be leaving now. I liked it here. My apt although not updated was located in a nice spot. The green and well kept landscape was a plus. Having an attached garage was important for me. There were maintenance issues over the years some were corrected others were not. .The apt. Itself suited my needs. There was plenty of light a large patio ample livingroom and bedroom . Although I never used it there was a wood burning fireplace. It was a nice place to... live. The cost of rent and additional fees became too costly for me
