This property is infested with cockroaches and black widows. Pest control service offered is not addressing the issue.
Unit had dents in drywall, door falling apart, shower not installed properly causing leak downstairs. Maintenance ignores issues and claims issue is resolved. Save your money, go elsewhere.

The apartment I rent has a thoughtful open layout I did not see elsewhere. The variety of floorplans means you have more choices at Quincy depending of course on availability. The attached garages for most units are convenient and not common for apartments in this area.
