HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
This is an old building with incompetent management. They do NOT clean the units properly, they do NOT act professionally, they argue with you when you tell them ANYTHING. The gas has been off for two weeks - no stoves or dryers. The gates are always left open, the laundry room is filthy, they don't even know how to prune the rose bushes (they just tie up the heavy dead blooms with string instead of cutting them off). Tonya is lazy and unprofessional. Trust me, it is worth it to pay a... LITTLE more money and live in a decent place.
