I have stayed at Lumen Apartments for two years. It is a nice quiet place to stay, and I feel safe at the Lumen community. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they are quick to address any issues I have. I have never had a major issue in my two year stay, and that says a lot compared to other places I've been.

This apartment community is so much better than my previous one. I actually feel much better walking my dog around and just walking around the community in general.

I’ve had an overall poor experience living at lumen. Overpriced, issues with the office team, not feeling safe where i live, my vehicle was towed with no notice to me. Many issues that could pretty easily fixed with better communication and job knowledge.

The 73 year-old senior that has been living at Lumen for one year. Since my first heart attack would've been renting for 15 years.. Lumen is an excellent place to consider if you're looking for quality, peacefulness, security, cleanliness and helpful management team and maintenance team.
If you're in the market for rentals, I'd recommend you give Lumen your first look of never been more satisfied with a place. I have been renting in over 20 years.

Very clean, very spacious apartments. The amenities are top tier and easily accessible. The pool is also heated in the winter! The property is well kept and they do a great job in making sure that this place looks amazing.
