Scary place

Central ave is incredibly dangerous. homeless everywhere. people on drugs. they knock on doors at night at this place and have shattered windows. I do not feel safe walking in this area. the people in the office are also super unfriendly in person and do not respond to emails or calls. avoid for your own safety
