I have never been in a rental environment where I have liked the management as much as here. I genuinely feel like the management care about the residents and they show it at many opporunities. For example, the bagels bought for ever resident, the monthly events, the questions asked about what they can do better, and the responses given for any questions I may have had. I couldn't reccomend living here more.

I've been a resident here at Broadstone Nob Hill for coming up on two years. The most important factor that makes my stay here exceptional is the management team. Together, they are available, responsive, and engaged in making this property one of the best complexes in Albuquerque across most rental price points and amenities.
Next, the neighborhood puts you in the convenient pedestrian, casual-dining, entertainment, and local-shops heart of the city with the best in urban transportation access... out the front door.
The UNM campus is blocks away. Many young, mid-career, and older residents (and their dogs) work remote here or at nearby UNM & UNM Hospital, Kirtland AFB, Air Force Research Lab, Sandia National Lab, among other employers.
ABQ International Airport is literary 7 minutes to the parking garage down Girard Blvd.
I recommend you to give Broadstone Nob Hill serious consideration for your new Albuquerque home if you are looking at rental apartments, condos, houses, etc.
