Not really much to go on right now, but mainly a quiet place. Although I will say the smoke from my neighbors apartment does sometimes make me feel a little nauseous.

I’ve been a resident here for almost 2 years and the first year it was good for the most part but going to our 2nd, it’s been a bit worse. We have had 4 maintenance requests on our dishwasher not getting fixed. We’ve asked if we could just get a replacement but maintenance told us “i don’t think my supervisor will let us because it’s expensive but I’ll ask”, never got an update. We’ve talked to the manager and told us to email them about the issues we’ve been having and we did, but got no... response. We’ve had other issues with some other appliances that also took a few requests to get finally fixed, but overall the apartments are decent, though i do hate the swamp cooler in the summers (can’t get our temps below 78), the vents blow out a ton of dust that cover your walls as well. My experience living here has been positive. It's been over four years since I moved in, and I would recommend my stay to anyone. I have not encountered any bad experiences.

Quiet resident area, nice view towards Sandia Crest and professional support by leasing office team. I like this apartment so far.

Everything’s been really great so far. The community is really quiet and I love that. maintenance is also really attentive along with management. The amenities are also something that I really do enjoy living here.
