Really thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors horrible music all day and night making it difficult to sleep. Quiet hours are never enforced. Been harrased by neighbors and Management does nothing about the harrassment. Car has been broken in several times. I have had more power outages here than anywhere else I've lived. Overall the apartments look nice but that's about the only good thing. I would never rent here again.

no longer ideal
I was thinking of renting but dont like the environment there. This place was a nice place at one time I had been there visiting friends there a couple yrs ago, recently this place is turning into a DUMP there are some kids there that the parent obviously dont care what they do. The place is trashy and these kids are rude and disrespectful I seen them bully other kids and curse out adults. I guess management dont care about what's going on or who ever owns this complex this business seems like... they only care about the MONEY not the people that live there. The day I went there those kids I'm guessing have the run of the place so sad to see a nice place go to crap cause of bad management and bad parenting.

Poor maintenance
The apartments are large and are generally nice. There are a lot of maintenance issues that never get resolved. I have two kitchen drawers that are missing because they broke as soon as we moved in. It has been two months and they keep giving excuses for not fixing them. I put in another work order two weeks ago for a toilet seat issue and nobody has come to fix it. These apartments are not that old, only about three years but they are not kept up. In ten years they will be trashed.

BEAUTIFULLY AWESOME!
We absolutely love it here. The apartments are beautiful and so spacious, (the washer and dryer are a plus). Management does EVERYTHING possible to make this a great and safe community for families. Maintenance completes work orders VERY timely. We are happy to call Arroyo Vista "Home".
