Most of what is bad about this property from prior reviews still holds true in December of 2025. Do not move here, avoid at all costs. I cannot wait to move out.
Water comes out at the temperature it wants to, and it never stabilizes, no matter if it is the shower or the kitchen sink. I have to be careful not to get scalded.
They continue to shut down the water, especially on the north side of the property, for emergency repairs.
The water pipes that run within the ceiling above me are... constantly making tapping noises at all hours, obviously it is very noticeable at night. To be able to sleep, I run the heater/ac fan only so that it creates "wind" noise that reduces the noise from the pipes and the heavy footed neighbor upstairs. They fixed one one of my pipe noise issues, which required sawing into the ceiling, leaving all sorts of drywall dust in my apartment. Then once the tech was finished securing the pipes, he told me that he would notify management that he had finished so they could seal up the ceiling. I month went by and management finally closed up the hole, after a few reminders from me. The sad thing is that more pipes in different areas of the ceiling have begun to "sing", but i will not let them come into my apt to fix as the mess and delays they create are not worth the hassle.
Cockroaches and spiders are also an issue. Outside my door along the wall are quite a few spider webs that the property never cleans up, so many times i find spiders and cockroaches, both dead and alive, within my apartment.
Many of the drawers in my kitchen and bedroom cabinets do not completely close or run smoothly on the railings.
I had to get rid of the closet doors as they were heavy and would not stay on the rails. They would constantly fall off and block my access to the closet.
Xfinity is the defacto ISP and service is pretty bad. Constant drop outs and service outages. I work from home so this is a definite showstopper.
There is a “Valet Trash” service here that is included with the utility bill. I’ve never used it as I left the trash out a few times and it was never picked up. And the Trash can provided for this service was not in my apartment when I moved in, it was sitting outside all dirty and dusty. That was one of the first signs that I had made a big mistake in moving here.
Please look around and investigate before even considering this property.

They DO NOT Care About Their Tenants.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!This is one of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. They can't seem to fix anything in a timely manner or take care of their tenants. When I first moved in, the refrigerator didn't work. It took over a week for someone to come look at it. All they did was "defrost" my freezer. Until they finally replaced it 3 tries later. Then my kitchen started leaking a few months after. It took at least two weeks for someone to come and fix it. My cabinets STILL smell disgusting, and... it's been almost a year.
I later had to BEG management to resurface my bath tub for an entire month. They kept making all sorts of excuses about scheduling with the company they work with and other lies. Then after a month or so of calling and emailing, they finally resurfaced my bathtub, but it wasn't cleaned beforehand like they're supposed to do, so there’s sharp bumps all over my tub. I still cannot comfortably take a bath without getting scratches and cuts from tge sharp bumps in my bathtub! My Air Conditioner started leaking like crazy in the middle of the summer. It took over a month for anyone to come and fix it, meanwhile there was water building up in the wall, causing all sorts of damage. Some of which still haven't been repaired. Of course, the first time they tried to fix it, maintenance couldn't get into my apartment because they lost their copy of my key. Management offered to replace the lock all together, and leave my new keys in a safe spot. When I got home, my new keys were no where to be found, but they changed my lock. I wasn't able to enter my apartment at all. No one was there to help me. I had to sleep in my car that night. I didn't have anyone to stay with. Then when I confronted management about it, they continued to try and blame me for their lack of communication and reliability. It took weeks of calling and complaining to get any sort of compensation. My Air Conditioner still wasn't fixed until mid/late August. The cherry on top of all of this, has to be the eleven days we didn't have hot water. The showers they offered were iffy at best. That's being extremely generous. Corporate also ignored my calls and emails for an entire month. We hardly got any communication from management too. When we did hear from them, it was passive aggressive and lacked empathy and care for their tenants. Do not rent from them. They do not care about their tenants. They don't want to care about their tenants. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Don’t recommend.
Old run down apartment interiors, water is always being shut off for repairs, rude staff, ridiculous fines — not worth the price.

Three years later they’re still hounding me
Lived in 909 for 10 months 2019 and 2020. The apartment had been “upgrade,” which seems to mean dark, faux-wood vinyl flooring was added. Maintenance was adequate, but long term damage like water damage in the bathroom to cabinet exteriors was not addressed. Lighting in the bathrooms and the medicine cabinet were circa 1970. The kitchen stove was also 20the century electric coil. No microwave.
When I left management hit me for their costs to clean carpets and paint — the usual maintenance that... properties need to do without my money. They then claimed I didn’t pay the last water bill — cuz they took that money for their use — and then reported me to collections.
Also while there. My bicycle was stolen and an attempt to steal my motorcycle failed. Cost $900 to repair that botched hot wiring attempt. Management was not able to assist with any sort of reasonable standards security measures, like cameras in the parking lot.
I see the price for my apartment has gone up by $700.
