We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount, good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile, even if the household does not have a pet/animal or even if it is a ESA/Service Animal.
