You would think from the surrounding area that this is a perfect apartment complex to live in but It’s Not...It’s a complete NIGHTMARE! Water leaking in walls causing Mold and Mildew and management will never fix it..A Health Hazard and nothing is done about it..Be prepared for Old apartments in bad condition with Plenty Of Roaches and I mean PLENTY! This apartment complex is INFESTED with ROACHES..You will never get rid of them I don’t care how much money you spend..Management is terrible and... supers are the same..Their lazy with bad attitudes..This place is literally a nightmare..Take heed to these reviews because you will wish you did if you move to Cloverleaf Gardens..Home of Roaches,Mold and Mildew..The Health Department needs to pay this place a visit because you have families living here being exposed to god knows what

One of the worse places to live! My neighbors are dirty and my apartment always smell because of their unclean living. Water-bugs and Cockroaches are everywhere! Trust me it’s better to pay more and have a nicer place!

I've been living here for five months and I don't have any complaints. I was very worried about the reviews that mention cockroaches, but I haven't seen a cockroach since I moved in.
The location is great, and it's safe and quiet.

Giving this place 1 star is far to generous! !
The maitence is horrendous and when you try and get in touch with anyone in this place it's like pulling teeth.
Then when you actually do they have such attitudes that you'd rather not even bother..
Neighbors are all terrible
Just a horrible place to live for the amount of money you pay
