The deteriorating condition of this community puts it on pace to become a landfill in the not too distant future. Roads in disrepair, no respect for speed limits or stop signs, no respect for other people’s property or privacy, and increases in lot fees with no visible community improvements, are just a few of the many reasons to not consider living here.
