We've been tenants here since the previous ownership who sold to the current ownership. Current ownership has run the quality of the building into the ground since their purchase in late 2025. The first building manager under new ownership was rude, accusatory & lazy. New ownership is now charging for "amenities" which include a couple lounges & a very small gym that consists of about 10 pieces of equipment of varying quality. Some have smashed screens & others have loose parts. Altius believes... this warrants $900 a year on top of your rent. They've broken our lease, ignored us & the higher ups within management either have taken us for fools, are incapable or just don't care. Adam / Brittany have done nothing but give empty promises & lie in an attempt to placate the current residents they clearly have contempt for. This building was previously called "The West" & it didn't have very good reviews. They rebranded to Altius to, "represent our vision of building a community that lives up to the exceptional resident experience we are working to create through enhanced service, improved amenities, and engaging community activities." Completely false - this is nothing but a ploy to escape the previous negative reviews. If you do decide to move into this building I urge you to save everything because they will attempt to renege on whatever agreements were in place out of sheer incompetence. A beautiful property with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. The grounds are well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and there’s a real pride in the community. Overall, a great place to live and feel at home.
