I have lived here for 3 years and love the quiet neighborhood and friendly maintenance and property manager. The property is well maintained and apartments are spacious. I love the pool in the summer and I have absolutely recommended this place to my friends. Also, very convenient to lots of stores and the beach! Two thumbs up!

Bugs and rats and noisy neighbors, nothing is ever done. Nobody wants to be bothered. The management company is terrible and does not care about the place AT ALL. Many neighbors have ended up breaking their lease due to sanitary or neighbor issues. Everyone I speak to here has the same problems. Walls and floors are paper thin and not insulated. Bathrooms all smell like mold. My husband has mold allergies and is having awful reactions to being here. I would never recommend this place to anyone.... Absolutely disgusting. You are paying luxury prices for an absolute dump. We are finally at the end of our year lease which I honestly regret signing because I would have loved to be out by the 6 month point.

Too many problems with the neighbors
I have two kids, One is three years old second is one year old and my neighbors get a many complaints, if my kids are running they come and knock my door if my kids are crying they come and knock my door.. I can ask other people who has kids and they told me they had same problem so definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT...
