So far my experience here has been positive. I wish rent wouldn't be as high as it is, Raritan is not NYC metro. However I know prices are a problem across the country.

AVOID

I would not recommend staying here. The customer service was extremely poor, and the overall experience felt unprofessional and questionable. While the photos may look appealing online, the reality did not match expectations. Save yourself the frustration and choose another place to stay.

Beautiful and luxurious property with great amenities. Elena was amazing to work with from start to finish. She has been very pleasant and helpful each time I had questions. The apartment is beautiful as well, quiet and great neighbors too.

Excellent experience. I love it here, Parking lot is plowed, salted and safe. The people living here are cordial and I don't have to worry about my trash or my recycling; removal is a quick walk away. The office staff is helpful and has made the transition to the apartment very easy for me.
