We've lived here for 2+ years and have had a great experience! The building is still very new and having a gym, parking, and a dedicated package room is a huge plus. The new super is awesome and really does his best to keep everything running smoothly. Like any building, you’ll deal with some neighbors ignoring the rules now and then, but it hasn’t ruined the experience for us. For the price and the space you get, the value is hard to beat.

Open House, a waste of time
I've shown up twice for their advertised Open House. On both occasions no one was there and I was unable to see the apartment.
