I’ve been living in this apartment building for about five months now as one of the first residents, and my experience has been very positive. I come and go at all hours due to my work schedule, and I have never encountered loitering, homelessness, or felt unsafe returning home.
While the fire alarms were initially a nuisance, the issue has since been resolved. Management kept residents well-informed throughout the process with consistent email updates, which I appreciated.
The reminder... emails that are sent out are understandable. In any shared community, not everyone is considerate, and it’s important to maintain respect for common areas. I also fully support the residents-only parking policy.
Carmen is always available, responsive, and extremely helpful. The property manager is doing her job, even if not everyone agrees with it.
While not all amenities were available immediately, they are absolutely worth the wait. Everything is high-quality, truly luxurious, and included in the rent—unlike other places that charge additional amenity fees.
If you’re looking for a luxury living experience, Five85West definitely delivers. I truly love my home here
