I can't say enough good things about the staff at Vail Gardens. The supers, Mike and Vinny, and are both excellent at what they do and were the most responsive supers I've ever had. They do a great job at dealing with the snow in the winter time and even the smallest maintenance requests are dealt with immediately. Can't recommend Vail Gardens enough.

The maintenance people at Vail Gardens especially Vinny are very professional and go out of their way to make everything perfect. From replacing a water heater in less then hr to keep the side walks clear of ice the staff at vail gardens are amazing. It makes me proud and happy to call vail gardens home!!!

Me and My wife rented an apartment for 5 Years, the complex is amazing, They keep it spotless, Vinnie the Maintenance guy is amazing, You won't find a maintenance guy like Him that easy, He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly.
during summer the landscaping company shows up every other day, putting flowers and keeping the gardens as green as possible, during winter You will always see the guys outside removing the snow and making sure pathways and stairs are... clean and with salt on it.
the only reason I moved out it's because We move to another state, otherwise We will still be living there.
i regret the fact that We didn't got the chance to use the pool that was just renewed.

The buildings and property are immaculately maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff here are very courteous and professional -- from the office rental staff to the supers who maintain the complex. Mike, Vinnie and their staff are excellent supers addressing problems very quickly, usually the same day or next. They are always available right away in emergencies. They are always professional, friendly and take pride in doing a good job. It shows. The apartment complex is kept... clean, the grounds are kept clean and beautiful, and the roads are all kept in great condition. My husband and I love it here. It is truly a wonderful place to live!

Vail gardens is amazing. The grounds are spotless, the neighborhood is great, and the staff here are the best. Mike and Vinny the supers are hard working, quick, and very thorough. If there ever is an issue they fix it immediately. Since I have moved here 2 other of my friends have as well because of this pristine way of living. I have never felt safer.
