We stayed here between 2019 to 2021 and it’s very quite and safe community! I would recommend to other people.

This complex use to be very good. Management has changed several times. There is absolutely no parking available if you come home after 7 PM at night. If you have a handicap you had to request a space and if someone else needed it and had a placard there was nothing for you to do. If you had to walk a few parking lots away that is your problem as far as they are concerned. The least they could do is to assign a parking space for each apartment but they don't. This place has the WORST management I've ever experienced. The maintenance manager asks you what you did if you ever report something broken, the property managers and management company don't answer the phone and if they do, you get transferred to someone's voicemail immediately and they never call back. There is a HUGE centipede problem, I find at least 2 a week and their air conditioning units must be from the early 90s because they hardly work and they also refuse to replace them.
