A Wonderful Community with Exceptional Management

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this community for the past two years. The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained throughout the year. The management team is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which truly makes a difference. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and ready to help whenever needed. Wonderful place to call home

I’ve had a really great experience living here. The community is peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The management team is responsive, professional, and always helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.

The amenities are excellent, and everything is kept in great condition. I especially appreciate how safe and comfortable the environment feels — it truly makes everyday living enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby stores, dining, and... major roads.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place

Unreasonable Increases and extra fees

Rushmore has cost me an extra $7500.00 in rent increases and ridiculous extra fees in the 4 years they’ve been in charge. Nothing new around here to justify these ridiculous increases except they are trying to push out old tenants to revamp with new paint and slap on “luxury” prices. I absolutely loved the old management group. Planned to stay here indefinitely. Now I’m trying to leave every year… ask me to leave a review before Rushmore took over?? It would have been 5 stars. And that’s... without a pool or any amenities… now, i give 2 because my apartment is spacious and location is great. Everything else about these last 4 years is 0

if zero stars was a rating

This place is the WORST. Prior to new management taking over it was wonderful. Friendly staff, repairs were done efficiently. Speed up to 2021...RUSHMORE MANAGEMENT has ruined this place. 10% rental increases every year for old out dated apartments. Communication is AWFUL. When there is an issue with the apartment not in your control that causes you to spend extra money to handle it they do not reimburse you. Ridiculous parking fees with no assigned spots and they make you pay for THEIR OWN... liability insurance. They dont spray for mosquitos like they are suppsed to. The manager has a major attitude problem when you push back and don't let them take advantage of you. Repairs are done half a**ed just to say they fix things. Stay away from the place at all costs.
