Peaceful place to live

I am an resident of the James over two years. I really love to live in this area. Very peaceful and safe town and convenience to go to the market. Especially if you commute to the city, this place is perfect because the bus and train is right front of the building. Many newly built apartments are designed to accommodate a lot of people, which often results in a lack of privacy. However, at The James, the apartments are spaciously spread out, providing a very comfortable living environment with... excellent privacy. Amenities are gym, work station, lounges, bbq grills, pet shower room and small outdoor swimming pool during the summer. I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff and Great Location

Been living here since its first year of operation. The apartment has great location and is well-maintained. Love the friendly staff who are quick to respond to inquiries and requests for assistance. Shout out to Millie for being so warm and accommodating!

A great place to live

The James is a fantastic property. My husband and I moved here after moving from our previous apartment early. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and professionally. Armando is the best! The staff is welcoming and the building is always clean. The building is quiet and the amenities are great!
