Love Where You Live!
Yes, we absolutely love where we live! The atmosphere is incredibly serene, and the community feels peaceful and welcoming. We’re close to all of my favorite outlets and restaurants, which makes everyday errands and outings so convenient. On top of that, the amenities are fantastic, truly more than we expected and it all feels like an amazing value for the price.

Unsafe Living Conditions and Unjust Fees
I was forced to vacate my unit due to ongoing habitability violations, including recurring black mold and unresolved maintenance issues. Despite these health hazards, the landlord has refused to waive an “insufficient notice” fee, even though the conditions clearly breached New Jersey’s habitability laws.
The unit is already being shown to new tenants, which contradicts their claim of financial damages. I’ve documented everything and have filed formal complaints. Proceed with caution.

Maintenance Sucks
They take weeks to fix small issues!!!! Have a mold issue that took them over. month to address with a small child in the apartment. Paint peeling in the bathroom instead peeling off all the old paint they just painted over it. Door falling apart in the bathroom and was told that they are not allowed to replace it. My toddler already got hurt on it. If you want to do repairs yourself this is the place for you!! DON’T MOVE HERE!!!
