My husband and I moved into Riverview Court almost a year ago and we’re truly grateful to call this our home. It’s peaceful, bright, and so spacious. The carpet in our home adds an extra touch of comfort and hominess, and the natural light and quiet atmosphere make it feel cozy and warm. It’s the kind of space that brings you peace when you walk in. Management has been kind and responsive, and while the staircase could use a touch-up, overall it’s a great place to live.

Good Until It Isn’t
Management is decent. Not terrible at all. Respectful and works with you. Maintenance on the other hand, terrible. They were responsive but never truly fixed the issue. Sometimes they weren’t responsive at all. They would come in, watch YouTube videos on how to fix it, sit and try and fix it for 4-5 hours, say they fixed it, two days later it would break again. There was a time last winter heat didn’t work for 4 days…. They kept swearing the issue was fixed and yet the apartment wouldn’t go past... 40° when the temperature outside was in single digits. Our first week we noticed the “lazy Susan” was broken. We must have put 20+ requests, never heard back.
Again rhetorical management is great; she would speak to the maintenance and kind of be stern. But yet maintenance would fail every time.
Otherwise the apartment was fine, no parking issues, no noise complaints, nothing. Just poor poor maintenance

Terrible Application Process
This most unresponsive and uncaring management company. I applied for the apartment on 4/11, had to wait until the 17th for a denial and the worst part is they ask for a deposit of $500 with the application and its now the 26th and I am still waiting for the refund. I call today, they said they just processed my refund today and will take 5 -7 business days to get it back. This is terrible customer service. Can't imagine how they treat their tenants. If I could give them -1 star I would.

Not worth the crazy rent!
Once new management took over this place, it turned into a dump. Halls are filthy. Stairwells filthy. The parking lot is atrocious. Garbage usually spilling over and into the parking lot. There used to be onsite management. But no more and so the garbage all over doesn’t phase new mgmt. Apartments are dank and dreary. Outdated everything and you’re lucky if the plumbing fixtures aren’t rusted as mine were. No window insulation so you can hear Route 21 and in freezing cold windy... weather you will feel the breeze coming through the windows. So on top of insane rent for a dump your electric bill will be $300. So yourself a favor and find better.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT
I lived in this apartment for a year and the new management has been making the process a nightmare. They will not return my deposit even when the apartment was left in better conditions than when I rented it. Maintenence request were ignored and neglected. Now they want me to pay for the damages when they clearly needed to take care of it. I provided them with proof and they are still so thirsty after the money. It's not worth the headache. Our car was constantly being broken into because... they're no cameras, no security. A/C was breaking down multiple times. The carpets are DISGUSTING because they dont clean it properly, only steam it. Dont even dare to walk barefoot. You can find someplace better to live for the price. Safe yourselves the trouble. Don't be fooled by the size and layout of the units. That's the only positive this apartment has.
