I have been living here for 1 year plus..

1. If you have kids, it is certainly the wrong place to live. Kids are not allowed to even walk on the grass.
2. The apartments are not soundproof. My upstairs Neighbour's pet runs like a cow night and day.
3. My TV is at volume 10 out of 60 and my Neighbour complains.
4. Limited parking

I can go on, but it is what it is.

Stayed here for a year, it's a nice neighborhood but very poor apartments badly insulated, these apartments are not soundproof at all. If it's an old apartment, then there is no dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. Recently renovated apartments got the dishwasher but still wouldn't suggest move-in here.

HVAC is joke, it doesn't blow heat during winters. whenever temperature drops below 30 F outside, it doesn't work at all.
During winters we got the bill over 300$ from a utility provider... towards gas and electricity.

Overflowing toilets bad sewer lines. wouldn't suggest to move-in here.

Neighbors are pretty rude; they won't even say Hi.

I have lived here for almost three years. Updated apartment when I moved in; new windows, fresh paint, fresh floors - great place. They are the best in clearing the snow along the walkways and the parking lots. No assigned parking so it's first come first serve - that's the only downside.
