ive absolutely loved living here. its always super clean, well-maintained, the super is SOO friendly and helpful- he is truly the best. it is very safe, modern, and good location next to multiple buses and light rail.

Overall the place is okay but for some reason the apt building 1435 has the same address as the warehouse building across the street which can be confusing for package delivery. There has been couple of times we have to go across the street to ask for our packages. However, the worst is having your own delivered package inside the building getting stolen perhaps by someone inside the building. Mind you there are cameras all over the building, reported it to management with evidence of the... package being delivered and put inside the building and evidence of someone bringing that package to give to someone else. Some shady business going on here. Anyways if you have something vintage or expensive to order, perhaps send it to your parents house or someone you can trust. Read More
