I want to share my experience living in this apartment over the past year and my recent checkout experience. First, the materials used (paint, flooring, windows, and blinds) are of low quality, as confirmed by a maintenance worker. Second, we scheduled an inspection before checking out, and the staff informed us that everything looked fine. However, the leasing office later charged us $200 for so-called broken blinds and $150 for a cleaning fee. More ridiculously, the leasing office claimed that... the inspection staff's assessment was invalid because he has since been fired. Had I been informed about the broken blinds beforehand, I could have fixed them or scheduled maintenance before checking out. Currently moved here from another apartment building in Jersey city, they offer the best location easy access to everything, light rail is literally a few steps away! Parking is great and available for tenants for a cost ofcourse! Pet friendly too!
