Terrible
Terrible walls paper thin doors have no stoppers or re-enforcements constantly slams. Rodent issues in apartments and laundry room.

Terrible
Worst place I ever lived. Neighbors are old and complain like they living in a senior citizen home. The walls are super thin and the floors. Rodents mice and other insects infest the apartment. They also have leaks frequently and brown dirty water comes out of the drains.

high park terrace do not have security cameras, and there some people who come to to break into peoples cars
