NEW APPLICANTS: In order for us to consider your application, all information must be completed on the application. Applications must be signed and dated when submitted. Incomplete applications will result in the automatic rejection of your application. Please fill out the rental forms available on our website and email them back to our office. Payment for the background check is your responsibility; therefore, please complete the Release Form it its’ entirety with payment information completed. The cost of the background check is $75.00 per applicant. You are required to submit income verification for everyone who resides in the household (if it applies).
