Has leaky apartments that will charge you for simple repairs and keep your deposit

Affordable but not secure

The apartments are beautiful and rent is reasonable but the building itself is not secure. The restaurant on the ground floor has a doorway directly into the elevator lobby, which means anyone can come into the building during business hours. Also, the parking garage door is frequently out-of-order and stuck open, resulting in several residents' cars (including mine) getting broken into. Every afternoon, schools let out and the kids start fights outside the building.
