Not sure how people are giving this apartment good reviews. All of the apartments are incredibly tiny, all of the appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens are out of date. Want to have a private conversation? Do it in your car because the walls are thin. On top of that you’re not allowed to see any apartment before move-in except model apartments. Renting sight-unseen? Good luck.

Overall experience with apartment and employees team was great. Specially I would like to mention that Armnieh, residents manager from the office, is amazing! We cannot thank her enough for being so great to us. She is extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful , and would go above and beyond to accommodate residents with any request/issue one might have ( having a great personality as well!). She certainly made us feel like home there! Maintanance team is great as well, very... prompt and responsive to issues, would come to fix things right away. Henry from maintenance is great, professional and friendly and we are very thankful for his helpfulness and attention.
Apartments are at affordable rate, bedrooms are on a small size side, but worked perfectly well for us. Location is convenient, close to many fun places, and it’s quiet neighborhood overall, even though there are lots of families with kids. Read More

Living here for almost a year , the place is maintained usually , Staff are very helpful , Specially the management office , Love to live in a quiet area with great neighborhood , My studio was fully renovated and exactly as i want , hope my upgrade to One Bedroom will be the same as my expectations.

Very nice and affordable building. Every time we need help, the staff responded quickly. The neighborhood is awesome. It's perfect for small families.It's close to school,s universities and malls. who needs to be close to NY?
