My place was super cozy and sweet. I lived there for 5 years and was very happy. The grounds are pretty and the location is excellent. The service was great and very quick if I ever needed support. I highly recommend!

I lived here for a little over a year. At first it was great, but then as soon as it started getting warmer my whole apartment reeked of cigarette smoke. Then I had no heat. When they replaced my heater, the unit took up about a third of my previous closet space and they left the ceiling completely open. Once summer started, both mine and my upstairs neighbor’s AC started leaking. I submitted a maintenance request, left for a scheduled vacation, and frantically called them the whole time I was... away and received no response. I got home and the whole place smelled like a swamp. There was water damage all in my closet and on the living room ceiling and wall. AND my sliding back door had been left OPENED. The manager was an absolute nightmare. It was hard enough getting a hold of her, and then acted like she was “helping” me when I demanded to be let out of my lease. They gave me no reimbursement for otherwise and still took their time returning my deposit. I cannot stress enough DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are so many other better options in the area!! Read More

I saw a rodent a couple days ago and the office initially advised there was nothing they could do except have the exterminator come in 2 days. After I demanded to speak with management, they offered to have maintenance come the same day to do what little they could until the exterminator could make it out in 2 days. However, my work order ticket to have the exterminator come out was closed the same day the exterminator was supposed to arrive. I had to call the office to reopen the ticket. At... that time, I was advised the exterminator would arrive anytime within the next 7 hours & they intended to give the exterminator a key to my home with free reign. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have never heard of an outside contractor being provided full access without being accompanied by maintenance. To know that this type of access is given to outside companies, I now feel unsafe, as well as outraged bt their initial lack of urgency in tending to my need for an exterminator. As my rent has been paid on the 1st of every month, I expect my issues to be addressed quickly & efficiently. Waiting 2 days for the exterminator has cost my family more money because we were forced to get hotel rooms while waiting for the issue to be remedied.
