Management is awful. They don't know how to run a property, are short tempered, yell at their residents, and gaslight residents who come to them with maintenance needs. Basic questions are met with hostility and snide remarks. Very disappointing. The Monroe is pretty on the outside, ugly on the inside. Watch out.

The Monroe is a beautiful apartment building tucked in a wonderful location that's within short walking distance to central downtown Morristown. The apartment is very spacious, modern, and a great value.

I've lived here for over 3 years and I can't speak highly enough of the apartment complex! Peter and the team in the leasing office are amazing to work with. They plan events for the residents, and they are always available if you need something. The Maintenance staff are so nice, helpful, and prompt. They get the job done the first time and are super respectful of your property. The apartments are in a great location and easy to access local businesses. Near the town square. The staff is very helpful and responsive to any concerns.
Noise level is good and neighbors are respectful.
