Here’s what you should expect if you decide to move here… - Not a fully renovated apartment -Very old chipped up and incredibly loud squeaking floors (unless you are on the 5th floor you will hear incredibly loud creaking when upstairs neighbor is walking - Some roaches - Some mice - a large rat or two - basically non existent management - there’s a very nice and helpful super, but there’s over 100 people living here and he in no way can handle the workload of what is required to sufficiently... run this building - management is the worst I’ve seen. You will get zero help. They are over their heads with everything going on here and they will even acknowledge it. - Elevators break down every other week

Wonderful place to live
Me and my wife move from California and fell in love with Montclair New Jersey but we decided to move from our old apartment into a bigger apartment with more things to offer and we found a perfect place with a gym, fire pit and BBQs and a perfect area next to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff is wonderful and the neighbors are very friendly.
