After over a year living here, I would strongly caution anyone considering this property—especially when it comes to management and maintenance.

I have dealt with ongoing, unresolved issues the entire time, including window leaks, constant drafts, and visible water intrusion that has caused damage to the walls. These are not minor issues, and they have never been properly fixed—only patched temporarily, if addressed at all.

There have now been multiple property managers involved, and despite... escalation and repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. The pattern is the same: delays, incomplete work, and no accountability.

The bathroom conditions at move-in included visible pink mold, which I had to pay out of pocket to have professionally cleaned. The issue has continued to return, which raises serious concerns about underlying moisture that has never been addressed.

These issues are not isolated. Even shared amenities reflect the same lack of follow-through—there have been multiple cardio machines in the gym out of service for over a year with no resolution.

What’s most frustrating is not just the problems themselves, but the complete lack of ownership. Communication is inconsistent, responses stop altogether, and there is no clear plan to resolve ongoing issues.

At this price point, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Tenants should not have to chase basic repairs for months or deal with recurring water and mold-related issues.

The building may look nice on the surface, but the reality of how issues are handled is very different.

We left a house, not trying to downsize…but we were not left with a choice…I (not we) was running through hoops and loops, trying to figure out the next steps. I’ll tell you what…I’m happy with this choice. Day 1 we’ve made friends and looking forward to making more…Sid, Alfredo (may be spelling it wrong but he said like the pasta), Chris and Mike, has made this experience better than one can imagine…I’ve made a family forever! Very deceiving ad. This complex does not yet have many of the listed amenities, and each week a new increasingly disturbing issue from the rushed construction arises. This company is impossible to deal with or get any help or transparency from. Avoid feeling patronized and frustrated on a daily basis and rent somewhere with greater value for this high price point.

The services listed are still unbuilt and unavailable. When they will be available is unclear and once the apartment is sold/leased tenants are treated poorly, especially by management.
