After I was initially quoted a specific rent price and budgeted accordingly, they suddenly changed the pricing without warning or justification. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and left me scrambling to adjust my finances at the last minute.

When I reached out to clarify, I got vague responses and no clear explanation. This lack of transparency and professionalism really reflects poorly on the management here. For anyone... considering moving in, be cautious, as you might be surprised with unexpected rent hikes. I lived here for 2 years and I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff is super friendly and has gone above and beyond to help me. The leasing manager, Jillian, was always kind and responded to my emails quickly. The few times I had maintenance issues, maintenance staff responded to my requests within 1-2 days. The grounds are kept clean and updated. You may need a space heater in the winter time, but besides that it’s a great place to live!

The Property Manager is exceedingly discourteous, her attitude is non-tolerant. She claims herself to be the authoritative manager of The Crossings of Maywood with highest authority. The employees who handle the maintenance are better courteous, are aware to communicate well to the public.

The manager lady she is disrespectful, she called me a liar in front of the health department inspector, when it was already the second call of not having repaired the heating, the manager does not have any consideration for the tenant, she is very rude and is not clear in her negotiations, she says that she is not in control of many things, but she is not looking for a solution for the benefit of the tenant. In addition, the laundry machines are not working 100% and it is a waste of time and... money. In summer there are many cockroaches, stay away. especially the manager is not going to do anything for her comfort other than suggesting that go somewhere else.
