I first want to start by saying the Property Mabager Margaret is the best ! She made sure everything was perfect with our apartment and made the whole process so easy and stress free. She’s very professional and has such a great personality very sweet. The entire property is always kept clean and the landscaping is always on point ! Since the day I walked into the leasing office at Chestnut Court and met with the Property Manager, Margaret, my husband and I have been so elated with the community feel and our new apartment. We had been searching for months before coming to view Chestnut Court and once we came in we felt at home. It never felt like a sales pitch to move in as it had been with our other apartment viewings.
We have been here for almost 8 months and we could not be happier. One of the items we wanted most in... our apartment search was a Washer/Dryer in the apartment and a short while after we moved in we got the call that they would be installing an In Unit Washer/Dryer. From the day we received the initial call that the installation was going to take place it has been a smooth process. Every person that came in from the construction workers to the finishing paint job was amazing! Every detail was met and they never left a mess.
I have lived in other communities and maintenance and construction has always been a headache to deal with and to have this experience is a breath of fresh air.

Love this complex ! I have a one bedroom apartment here and it's perfect space for my boyfriend and I ! spacious living room and updated kitchens are very nice. Our property manager Margaret is so nice and so quick to help us with any questions we have. the patience has been great as well n super fast with responds to even the littlest fix of something ! I'm so glad I found this place ! Also I big plus for me was our apartment was so clean when we moved in the minimum cleaning was needed which... was great. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. The grounds are well kept and since we have been having this random snow, they have been working so well with keeping the sidewalks and parking lots clear! Love the layout! Cabinets in the kitchen feel bigger even though they are standard. I get a sense that management has pride here and wants it's residents to feel like home. I was pleasantly surprised to find flowers being planted, even though our grounds already were well kept. Any general little concern I had was quickly responded too, but nothing major has happened. If it did, I feel like they'd already be working to remedy it. These are old buildings and the insides look great. The only... challenge is the layout of one of the parking lots as far as snow removal, but as I said this place has been here for years and it's no fault of anyone's. I can't see why anyone would have any complaints aside from a common one, an inconsiderate neighbour, which is found at any complex. This complex is really great to live in. There are always updates and improvements being made, making living here fun! The staff is always around and efficient and all of my neighbors are so kind. We are also close to everything including the train, buses and shopping! I have loved living here the past 3 years!
