The apartment itself is very nice although bathroom wall cabinets for storage would have been very helpful .
An outdoor small storage closet would have been very useful also.
Some residents obviously don’t take pride in their community by dropping trash in the parking lot and spilling liquids in hallways/steps.
I’ve had several instances at night where unknown men have rung my apartment for entry. Sitting on my balcony, I often smell cigarette smoke, which is unpleasant!

Orlando is the best maintenance staff member at Exchange. He is the only one who consistently follows up and makes sure issues are actually resolved. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents, and that does not go unnoticed.

During a very serious and stressful incident involving my daughter at the Exchange pool last year, he was one of the only people I was able to get in contact with immediately, and he showed real empathy and concern. Unfortunately, my experience with management... during that time was very different, and I felt that my concerns were not handled with the level of care or responsiveness.

In general, it is difficult to get in touch with management. Emails often go unanswered, and it has been challenging to reach anyone by phone through the main office line.

Additionally, there continues to be a strong smell of marijuana throughout/near the buildings at all times of day, which has been an ongoing issue.

I truly enjoy living here it’s very peaceful warm and friendly and extremely clean the joy is seeing the children outside playing in the open parts of the fields and watching the beautiful seasons take place from our windows

No issues , quiet community, nice common area with a nice coffee bar. The grounds are maintained well, the engineer is friendly has helped twice on weekends.

There are many positives about living here: new appliances, a lovely clubhouse, decent fitness room and excellent staff. Snow removal has been very good!
Negatives include overflowing trash and recycling dumpsters, trash discarded in parking lot, noisy hallways at times and incidences with packages being taken inside the building.
Recommendations would include video cameras inside each foyer, additional dumpsters or more frequent trash pickup and removal of large items thrown next to dumpsters... and wall- mounted cabinets in bathroom are needed for storage.
