The Regency Court apartments was a great place to live. My son and I lived there for nine plus years. The new management and maintenance were very professional. They always took care of any of my maintenance requests in a timely manner. The apartment was very clean, and the property was well kept. It was a safe environment. All the neighbors were very nice, we are going to miss them so much.

If you want to live in a special community of kind, helpful and caring people you need to come to Regency Court in Magnolia. I am so thankful for my neighbors. They welcomed me from the first day I moved in and have become my family. I feel safe knowing my neighbors watch over all of us. We take pride in where we live by keeping it clean and planting flowers to beautify our courtyard. So if you want to be a partof a community that cares, come check us out!

This apartment complex is the WORST! Nosey neighbors, neighbors always fighting, kids that are not watched by their parents, maintenance men that pretend to be owners but don't fix anything. They make sure you pay that rent, but if you have any repairs, GOOD LUCK! The cops are always called because the neighbors have cookouts and then someone ALWAYS ends up fighting. There is no where for kids to play. Strangers walk in off the sidewalk (because there is no privacy fence) and steal off of... porches. They say no pets but have 100 cats in the parking lot and then pick and choose who can have a pet. Half the time there is no parking for the people that live here. These apartments are a joke!
