This management company is so poorly run! The smell from old unkempt carpets; floor rot from water; mice; ants; mold from cracked shower pans; painted sinks to fix chipping.
Two missed inspections because they cannot keep staff to fix the facilities. This place is listed as no vacancy, but probably half the units are available. They can’t get them ready for market. If something breaks, they charge you to fix it. Spend your money elsewhere. This place may as well be in Camden!
