I feel incredibly confident in my decision to move into Ocean Gate. The exceptional amenities, dedicated management and maintenance team, and the pristine, modern elegance of my unit make it an ideal place to call home. Walking distance to many nearby restaurants are also a plus.

The walls aren’t even closed. People just show up with no notice though they have talked to management and maintenance. We have had to constantly go to management and ask about timeline to fix open... walls and ceiling instead of them being proactive. With as much as we pay in rent, they should be on top of this. The building was poorly built and poorly maintained. It’s falling apart. Many systems failing. No heat in the hallways. Exploding pipes. Broken gates. Unsecure premises. Total disaster.

Absolute nightmare, living here with both management companies!

Ocean Gate has gone downhill since the new management took over. I would not recommend this place. There are many options in Long Branch. Find another.
